The AT USE PDF Toolkit is a free, browser-based suite for the most common PDF tasks people need every day: merging multiple files into a single document, splitting a large PDF into smaller files, reordering or rotating pages, compressing an oversized PDF down to a sane size for email, and converting PDFs to and from common image formats. Everything runs locally in your browser whenever the operation allows, so for routine tasks your files never leave your device — a real privacy advantage over upload-based competitors that store your documents on third-party servers. The interface is designed for speed: drag-and-drop multiple files, inspect a thumbnail strip, rearrange or remove pages with a click, and export the result. There is no software to install, no account to create, no watermark added to your output, and no per-file size cap for typical office documents. The PDF Toolkit will join the existing AT USE platform alongside our image converters, image optimizer, and network/DNS tools — same clean interface, same privacy-first defaults, same focus on real working professionals: marketing teams assembling briefs, ops staff packaging contracts, students stitching together study material, and anyone tired of overpriced "freemium" PDF SaaS that locks core features behind a paywall.
