1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AT USE (at-use.com), you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account model

Public tools are available without account registration. Some admin functionality is restricted to authorized users only.

3. Service description

AT USE provides free web-based utilities across image, video, subtitle, and network categories. Some tools process data in-browser, while others require server-side processing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• use tools for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity,
• upload or process content you do not have rights to use,
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions,
• interfere with service stability, scrape at abusive levels, or overload infrastructure,
• probe, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of files and content you submit. You grant AT USE a limited, revocable permission to process that content solely to provide requested tool functionality, security checks, and troubleshooting.

6. Third-party content and services

Some tools interact with third-party platforms or resources (for example, public video URLs, DNS resolvers, analytics, and ads). Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Tool output and accuracy

Outputs are generated automatically and may vary by input quality, codecs, browser/runtime support, and third-party dependencies. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them in production, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical contexts.

8. File handling and limits

Tool limits (such as file size, file count, and supported formats) may change without notice. Some server-side tools temporarily store uploaded/generated files to complete processing and downloads.

9. Intellectual property

The AT USE website, code, branding, and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your own input/output files, no right or license is granted except as needed to use the service under these Terms.

10. Service changes and availability

We may add, modify, pause, or remove tools/features at any time, including marking tools as coming soon, temporarily unavailable, or deprecated. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Suspension or termination

We may throttle, suspend, or block access when needed to prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AT USE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AT USE and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AT USE and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.

16. Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
