A subtitle file is great for accessibility but a poor source for blog posts, articles, podcast show notes, and translation. The AT USE Subtitle to Transcript tool turns SRT, WebVTT, ASS, and SBV files into clean reading text: timestamps removed, repeated lines de-duplicated, sentences re-joined across cue boundaries, and paragraph breaks inserted at natural pauses. Optionally keep "[applause]" and "[music]" annotations or remove them. Optionally prepend a speaker label when the source format provides one. Optionally export with timestamps every N minutes for podcast show notes.
